Are you good at graphic design for websites? Do you do magic with Photoshop, Illustrator, Gimp, Inkscape or other graphics program?

How would you like to earn some money designing websites in your own time, without rigid schedules, from home, the coffee shop, or in your car parked by the sea?

At Ground Up we're looking for graphic/web designers to help us with some of our projects. We want to find partners to work with when the need arises, not hiring for a full time position - but if we like you that much, we may reconsider that.

We want people that match the great programming and technical geek talent we already have in our team. We want people who are capable of working by themselves but are also team players who love to get together and produce great work in a relaxed atmosphere. More specifically, we're looking for people who:

• are organised;
• like to work in a team;
• like to share their knowledge;
• hate having to wear a suite to work;
• are passionate about accessibility and usability;
• are passionate about their work and always strive to make it the best it can be.
• would like to kill the "web designers" who insist on using Flash to create websites;
